Personality Development programs are conducted for all students to activate and expose natural abilities. Conducting Value Addition programs like Soft skills development from Industry, Guest-Lectures, Business Quiz etc..

Eminent speakers from various fields are frequently invited to address the students on social and cultural issues. These informative talks seek to create awareness among the students. These lectures come as supplements to regular classes.

    • Counseling system is adopted to monitor the performance of each student. This helps to continuously monitor the performance of all the students and guide the students appropriately and offer support.

BIMS arranges for the industry academia interface through Guest Lectures from the corporate sector, conducting seminars and symposiums and also through Industrial visits. BIMS also maintains a close interaction with leading corporate and industry professionals in various activities.

BIMS provides a range of extra curricular activities for its students so that Carmelites have excelled both in the classrooms and outside it. There is no dearth of activities for artistically and academically inclined students.

Facilities are extended to the students to take part in various types of literary and cultural activities. Social gathering, fiesta, fresher's day, alumni meet etc. are the regular annual events taking place in the Institute. Students are also participatng in inter-collegiate and inter-university competitions and youth festivals.

The Institute has a tradition of giving a warm Welcome to all the new students joining the Institute. It is an interactive introductory session with various authorities and Faculty members of the College.

All the students from BIMS can keep in touch with the management by alumni association. The Alumni Association helps alumni to maintain contact with other alumni. Alumni can share their experience with the current students of BIMS and provide guidance under the umbrella of Alumni Association.
