The college authorities have been very magnanimous and generous in providing the facilities and developing skills of the students.
To motivate students for better performance, management is recommending for scholarships to students who required financial assistance, Mr.Karabasappa, IV semester and Mr. John Kennedy, II semester were secured National Scholarships sanctioned by All India Management Association, New Delhi. Miss Gayathri of I Semester, MBA student has been secured Fair & Lovely Foundation, - Mumbai Merit Scholarship for Girls. Students are recommended for Merit and SC & ST scholarships Offered by Government of Social Welfare and Bangalore University.
Allotment of subsidized hostel facilities & Canteen facility inside the campus is the major facility offering by the institution. And wi-fi facility is also extended to the premises of hostel.
The institution encouraged to form the "Alumini Association for the old students of the college & inaugurated Synergy-2007" for the welfare of old students.
BIMS students reached the final round of Management Festival conducted by Bangalore University, Bangalore.
With the fillip from college Authorities and facilities provided students are found to be Participating enthusiastically in the Survey by Global Hospitals, State & National level Seminars conducted by All India Management Association, FKCCI, Bangalore Management Association & other leading Management Colleges etc.
Conducting the Blood Donation Camp by Manipal Speciality Hospital(2008) & Lions Club(2009) in the campus of BIMS. Very interesting feature is that the students & staff members are found to be donating blood wholeheartedly whenever required. Recently Manipal Specialty Hospital Organized.
A Language club was set up to provide a systematic coverage of essential communication skills under the headship of Prof. Lucas.
Personality Development Programmes are conducted for all students in order to activate and expose natural abilities. Professional training is given to improve the student's communication skills, techniques for facing interviews and group discussions.
Industry Interaction Programmes are organizing every semester to develop practical interaction with various industry people.
Conducting Guest Lectures on every weekend with the eminent people of the society e.g.: Dr. Chandrasekhar, Surgeon of NIMHANS on 'how to reduce stress and improve tolerance". 2. Wg. Cdr. Patrawala, Retd. GM of HAL on "how to succeed in life" 3. Mr.Babu, President of AIMO on "entrepreneurship" etc.

We are located at stone-throwing distance to the 'Global Village' a well known Software and IT hub of Bangalore.
We understand that the major concern for the students is accommodation. Hostel facility is provided close to the campus in well-appointed room in the institute hostels. 24 hours Internet connectivity is available.
The institute provides guest room facilities for visitors. Dining and canteen facilities are provided for each type of accommodation within the accommodation premises.
Information and Technology
BIMS has State-of-the-art Computer Lab with large number of desktops, computing facilities and networking, providing round the clock internet accessibility. Every student is sponsored free Laptop as Technology has become a part of teaching and learning process.
As an additional feature, we have been made wire-free with the installation of Wi-Fi connectivity. This will provide the students with an additional advantage of staying online for unlimited time, whenever they are in any of the campuses. BIMS provides all those facilities to its students that ensure the best academic environment for enriching their cause of pursuing academic excellence. This would help the students to gear up for global competition.
Video Conferencing facility is also available for interactions with professors across the globe.
BIMS has a comprehensive collection of books, journals, government publications, technical reports, conference proceedings, novels & non-book materials etc. The library subscribes to online databases, print journals and e-journals. It also receives Newsletters and has Annual Reports from public and private organizations. The Non book materials collection includes CDs, Video Cassettes, and VCDs etc.
Class rooms and Seminar halls are all equipped with ceiling mounted LCD Projectors, overhead projectors, computers and internet connectivity. Class rooms are Air-conditioned and utmost clean and hygiene.
